Bryson Carpets Limited and Ten 47 Limited join other tenants on the estate including Havelock Europa, Carlton Bakers, Kingdom Bakers, Start Performance and PR2 Engineering Limited.Fife Warehousing is pleased that there is now only one unit remaining available on the estate. This unit is also 5,980 sq.ft. and is available for immediate entry. The rental equates to £4.50 per sq.ft.
