New Lease For Kerr Barrie Solicitors

With Ryden acting, Kerr Barrie Solicitors has agreed a lease of the third floor of 250 West George Street. Landlord Wilky Asset Management Limited was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.
Kerr Barrie has taken the suite which extends to 3,400 sq ft at a rental of £56,100 per annum on the basis of a new ten year full repairing and insuring lease.
The accommodation was fully refurbished and is located in a prime position within Glasgow’s central business district.
