Ken Forsyth Joins Ryden

Ryden has appointed Ken Forsyth as a Facilities Manager within the firm's Property Management group. Ken joins the firm's Glasgow office from Montagu Evans where he was a Property Manager, responsible for Kenmore Group, Standard Life and Liverpool Friendly Society's varied property portfolios. Prior to his post at Montagu Evans, Ken has worked for Mowlem, NG Bailey and Co and Jones Lang LaSalle. David Thomson, Head of Property Management at Ryden said, ""We are enthusiastic about extending the services of our team by bringing in Ken, who has a wide range of experience of the disciplines within property management. Ken will be working with clients in the west of Scotland such as Kenmore , Clerical Medical and Teesland". Growing demand for specialist facilities management has prompted this appointment by Ryden. The responsibilities of the post include health and safety issues, service budget preparation, tenant and landlord liaisons, handling contractor performance. Health and Safety compliance is given the highest profile and this post ensures that all parties are compliant by way of audits, fire risk assessments, asbestos audits etc. Commenting on his move to Ryden, Ken said: "I'm delighted to join the team at Ryden and I am keen to support and develop our extensive property portfolio."
