Ryden has been instructed by the charity Trefoil House to sell the impressive mansion house, Kirklands, at Gogarbank, Edinburgh, EH12 9PZ.
Proceeds from the sale will be reinvested by Trefoil House to enable them to continue their work in supporting the development of people with disabilities.
