Iain Taylor Appointed at Ryden

Ryden has appointed Iain Taylor BSc (Hons) MRICS as a surveyor to join the firm’s Office Agency and Development group in Edinburgh. Iain (28) is originally from Inverness and is returning to his Scottish roots after being based in Guildford for 4 years with Vail Williams where he specialised in commercial agency.Recruited to further strengthen Ryden’s position in the offices sector, Iain and will take responsibility for servicing current clients and developing new business. Regional managing partner in Edinburgh, Charles Guest commented: “Iain brings with him a wealth of experience in the agency and development field which will add value to our team and our clients, such as Grosvenor Estates, Kenmore, AMA, PPG, Joint Properties and Dunedin.”
