Holy Corner Residential Development Site for Sale

Ryden, for the charity, The Eric Liddell Centre, is selling a 0.17 acre residential development site at 12 Chamberlain Road, Holy Corner in Edinburgh’s upmarket Morningside area. Offers over £400,000 are sought for the property which has planning consent for four two-bedroom residential flats.
The former church hall site is no longer required by The Eric Liddell Centre. It sits adjacent to the church which is now used as the base for the charity’s work.
Roy Durie of selling agents Ryden said he expects considerable interest in the site due to its location in a much sought after area.
