Success at Highland Rail House, Inverness

11th June 2007

Ryden today announced that Highland Rail House in Academy Street, Inverness is now fully let after Gaelic promotion organisation Clì Gáidhlig took the final office suite.

Acting for the landlords Annfield Assets Ltd, Ryden secured a three year lease at a rental of £11,500 pa.   The property firm only began marketing the open plan office three months ago.

James Burns of Ryden said: "The suite became an attractive proposition following Annfield Assets Ltd's extensive refurbishment of this landmark building within Inverness city centre.  The works were carried out by local contractors William Gray Construction.  As a result of expansion the new tenant has taken the space as they were keen to stay within the city centre and Highland Rail House was an obvious solution due to its convenient location near to the city's train and bus stations."

Clì Gáidhlig was self-represented in this transaction.
