Hamilton House Fully Let

On behalf of Silverbank Development Company, Ryden today confirmed the letting of the 2nd floor and final suite at Hamilton House, Hamilton Business Park to the Scottish Ministers on a ten year term.
Hamilton House was completed in December 2006 and forms part of the third and final phase of development at Hamilton Business Park. The 18,500 sq ft building provides high quality accommodation over three floors with generous car parking. The ground and the first floors were pre-let to the Scottish Children’s Reporters Administration. Subsequently, the last suite of 6,162 sq ft has been acquired by the Scottish Ministers for their ongoing requirements.
