Closing Date Set for Haddington Site

Haddington's major employer Pure Malt Products has had considerable interest in its 1.5 acre site which is currently being marketed by property consultant Ryden. The property sits at Whittingehame Drive/St Martin's Gate on the east side of Haddington, close to the River Tyne. It presently houses office accommodation for Pure Malt Products but the firm is consolidating its facilities on the north side of Whittingehame Drive at Victoria Bridge where the main property is situated. The 1.5 acre site is suitable for residential/mixed use development in an attractive setting and as a result of the interest being shown, a closing date for offers has been set for 1 March.
