New Hire for HSS

Toolhire specialist HSS Hire has taken a 10 year lease of an industrial unit at Baltic Business Park, Glasgow. HSS’s new accommodation extends to 8,833 sq ft and has been taken at £53,500 sq ft per annum. In a change of company strategy, HSS is moving away from road frontage properties, looking to move into trade parks. Wurth UK Ltd, Howdens and Ross Electrical are already based in the park.Gregor Harvie of Ryden said that HSS was attracted to the location due to the quality of existing trade counter occupiers at Baltic and the standard of the accommodation on offer. He added that there is only one unit now available for occupation. Ryden acted for landlord Utilities Scotland and HSS was represented by Gerald Eve.
