Trio of Lettings at Garscadden House

On behalf of local development company Opportunities, Ryden and Lambert Smith Hampton are pleased to announce a trio of recent lettings at Garscadden House, Dalsetter Business Village, Drumchapel, taking occupation of this bespoke development to approximately 50%.
In addition to Glasgow Housing Association and Bobath International, who have taken 5,000 sq ft and 7,000 sq ft respectively, the building has recently secured lettings to Action Coach, Mackenzie Stewart and most recently, Plowman Craven.

There is still a variety of suites available at Garscadden House from 385 sq ft up to 2,650 sq ft although suites can be combined to accommodate larger requirements. There are flexible terms on offer and an all inclusive rental of £16.00 per sq ft.
