Fit-out, housing and maintenance specialists Morris & Spottiswood has concluded a deal to purchase a 7,585 sq ft office building at 5 South Gyle Crescent Lane, Edinburgh from NG Bailey.
Morris & Spottiswood will undertake a refurbishment of the property ready for the relocation of their Edinburgh office, which is currently situated on Gorgie Road.
Ryden advised Morris & Spottiswood, while Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of NG Bailey.
Iain Taylor of Ryden said: "Morris & Spottiswood had been looking for some time for an opportunity to purchase their own premises and this property offered the ideal solution for them to accommodate their growing business.”
