Fitting Lease for Fitting Depot

Ryden has struck a deal on behalf of a private client with National Tyre Service Limited; the tyre specialist has signed a new lease on a 5,000sq ft fitting depot at 2 Milton Road West at £30,000 per annum.
The depot was previously occupied by Speedy Hire Centres.
National Tyre Service Ltd is advised by Nigel Blyth of Fairhurst Estates.
Milton Road West is on Edinburgh’s east side and forms part of the A1. The depot is located at the busy junction of Milton Road West with Duddingston Park and Milton Road East.
