Ryden Voted Best Property Adviser in Scotland

27th September 2007

Independent property consultancy Ryden is Scotland’s Property Adviser of the Year following a triumphant win at last night’s Estates Gazette Awards in London.  The firm was voted for by industry peers, taking the title for the second time.

Fiona Morton, managing partner of Ryden, said:  “I am proud to accept this award on behalf of all the hard-working people at Ryden.  For us, this is recognition that our colleagues in the industry regard us highly and have confidence in our abilities as an excellent property adviser.”

The awards, held in the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, are designed to recognise achievement in the property industry.

Leading trade magazine, Estates Gazette, organised the democratic online vote across the entire property industry. Firms and their staff were not allowed to vote for their own firm, and there was a strict one person one vote policy, all checked and verified by an independent research company.

Ryden was one of three short-listed firms in its category.
