First Floor Pre-let at Glasgow’s Empire House

Town Centre Securities Plc has pre-let the 12,400sq ft first floor of Empire House in Glasgow to FOCUS Information Limited, part of the Co-Star Group, on a new ten-year full repairing and insuring lease at a rental of £188,000 per annum.
The suite is being comprehensively refurbished including the provision of comfort cooling and raised access flooring for the new tenant who is setting up a new data research base to support their expanding UK and European operations. Scottish Property Network, already part of the CoStar Group, along with other research staff will be moving into the new building. Town Centre Securities were represented by Gee & Co and Ryden.
