Retail Portfolio Snapped Up

Acting on behalf of Easton Property Limited, Ryden has purchased the heritable interest in a three unit retail portfolio.  The properties are 29 and 52 Dockhead Street, Saltcoats, let on FRI leases to Clark Retail Ltd and Specsavers Optical Superstores Ltd respectively, and 8 George Street, Bathgate let on FRI terms to Lloyds Properties Ltd.  The total rental income is £47,450 per annum.The purchase price is £720,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 6.23% after purchasers’ costs.  Winton Faith acted for the vendor Kintyre Properties.
