Local Lanarkshire Company Expands in Coatbridge

Ryden has acquired Unit 7 of East Shawhead Estate in Coatbridge on behalf of Clyde Valley Stairs Limited. The 20,660 sq. ft. property has an existing lease due to expire in 2012 and a current passing rental of £92,723 per annum.Charlie Lawrence, Senior Surveyor at Ryden commented "The location was very important, both from the point of view of the existing staffing and because it offered easy access to the M8 motorway network. Acquisition of this property has allowed the business to grow through expansion and the efficient building layout has helped them maximise their production process."The existing tenant was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
