Dundee Office Moves to City Quay

Our Dundee office has today moved to new, larger premises at Unit 20, City Quay, Dundee. This move is in direct response to the ever-increasing workload and expanding client base in Dundee, and part of our expansion plans in the city.
Presently, we are joint letting agent on City Quay and tasked with securing new occupiers for the revitalised development. Andy Boal, head of our Dundee office said: 'We liked City Quay so much we decided it would be the ideal place for our own office. It’s an excellent modern development in the city, perfect for expanding companies like ours.’
We will join a growing number of occupiers including Parr Architects, Cornerstone Community Care and Prophysio Scotland. Several other office occupiers have been secured and announcements are imminent.
