Property consultant Ryden, acting for a private client, is selling a modern warehouse estate at 24 Orwell Terrace just off Dalry Road in Edinburgh.
The estate provides three units totalling 20,441 sq ft on a 0.82 acre site. One of the units is leased to Plumb Center until 2011.
Roy Durie of Ryden said: “Whilst there might be some interest in the estate for wholesale warehouse use, the surrounding area has been redeveloped with residential flats. I envisage that that the site should be redeveloped for residential use and would accommodate around forty flats.”
