
Ryden Attracts David Fraser from Cushman and Wakefield

Ryden has recruited David Fraser, a partner at Cushman and Wakefield, to join the firm’s market-leading industrial team. The strategic appointment bolsters the firm’s long-term plans for growth and reflects its capacity to recruit talented professionals despite current market conditions.
David will be based in the firm’s Edinburgh office from 2 June and will work across Scotland and North East England.
The appointment brings the number of partners at Ryden to 33. The firm’s award-winning 15-strong industrial agency and development team is the largest in Scotland.
David has been at Cushman and Wakefield since February 2006 and was made a partner in January 2008. As head of industrial he established a new department for them in Scotland and quickly developed a strong industrial client base.He hasstrong relationships with a number of keyindustrial clients including Prologis, Chancerygate,Goodman, Keiller Estates, Kilmartin and Knight Real Estate.
