First Letting at The Grove, Uddingston

TCS Leasehold Investments Limited, part of Town Centre Securities Plc, has let part of the first floor office at The Grove, Tannochside Business Park in Uddingston to Dalkia Plc.
Dalkia, the technical facilities services and energy management provider, has acquired a 6,120 sq ft suite with 30 car spaces on a new five year full repairing and insuring lease. The company is combining four regional offices within the new centrally located regional centre in Uddingston.
James Crawford of TCS Leasehold Investments Limited said: "This is a significant letting within the building and emphasises the quality of the modern, open plan accommodation and the lease flexibility available. We are delighted to have secured a tenant of Dalkia's standing".
Approximately 9,000 sq ft of accommodation with 45 car spaces remains available with a quoting rental of £14.00 per sq ft.
