Dalkeith Residential Development Site Sold

Aisling Developments Limited (Ryden acting) has sold a site at 14/18 Ironmills Road, Dalkeith, Midlothian to the Arboretum Village Property Company Limited.
The 0.85 acres (0.34 hectares) site has planning consent for 14 townhouses and one detached cottage. Units will be available Summer 2008.
The site is in an attractive location on the north side of Dalkeith close to the Edinburgh City Bypass. The property was originally a commercial garage.
The price paid was not disclosed but it is believed to be in excess of £1 million.
