Constructive Move for Laing O'Rourke

Ryden has let 3,160 sq ft of office space at 4 Westfield Avenue, Edinburgh to Glasgow-based construction company, Laing O'Rourke. The space will allow the firm to service a number of contracts in the east of Scotland.
The construction company has signed a 5 year lease with 3 year break option at £32,000 per annum.
Iain Taylor of Ryden commented: "This letting provided Laing O'Rourke with cost effective accommodation and the flexible terms we were able to offer were a key factor to their decision to locate at Westfield Avenue."
Ryden acted for the landlord. Laing O'Rourke was self represented.
