Unit Sold at Clydebank Industrial Estate

On behalf of flexible hosing and duct manufacturer SHP Primaflex Ltd, Ryden has sold a 32,000sq ft unit at Clydebank Industrial Estate for £650,000. The purchaser will use the space for storage and meat production.
SHP Primaflex is relocating back to Germany this summer. Gregor Harvie of Ryden said: “We were pleased to be appointed by SHP on the back of our Powerhouse deal at 57a Beardmore Way Clydebank. The price equates to £20.30 per sq ft."
