I am confident that the site will be in great demand from residential developers, as the location, shape of site and scale of development make this an ideal acquisition in today's marketplace."The College is relocating to a new purpose built facility at Queen's Quay where it will act as the catalyst to other proposed developments, regenerating the area and bringing new life to the local economy. Construction has commenced and is scheduled to complete in June 2007.
