The Flint Group has sold Unit 1 East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn to a private client for £450,000. The 505 sq. m (5,400 sq.ft) property is a stand alone industrial unit with offices over ground and first floor level. It's situated on a site area of 0.63 acres which has planning permission to erect three terraced industrial units measuring approximately 6,500 sq.ft.
