
First Letting at Carus House

Joint agents Neil Munro and Ryden, for clients Speyroc, have secured the first letting at Carus House, a new build £2m speculative office development in Clydebank.
Interior designer Burns Design Limited has taken 2,500 sq ft on the property’s second floor with 8 car parking spaces. The rent agreed is £31,250 per annum on a ten year full repairing and insuring lease.
