Ryden Instructed to Dispose of Landmark Site

Property consultant Ryden has been instructed by Inveresk PLC to dispose of Carrongrove Mill at Denny near Falkirk.The site has been used for paper making since the late 18th century and now comprises a range of building types of varying ages, including Carrongrove House, originally designated as a residence but which has been used in recent times as the main office headquarters for the site.  The total floor space amounts to some 343,000 sq.ft. or thereby on a site in the order of 38 acres.Russell Rutherford, Industrial Partner at Ryden commented:  "The industrial complex is attractively set in the Carron River valley and is well positioned for access to the M80 and M876, together with related motorway network.  The property offers interesting prospects for refurbishment/re-occupation in whole or in part."
