Butlerfield Industrial Estate Sold

Kay Engineering, now based at Macmerry Industrial Estate, Macmerry, has sold their former premises at Butlerfield Industrial Estate to A M Properties.The property, measuring approximately 5,151sq ft and lying on a site area of approximately half an acre, was sold for an offer in excess of £300,000. A M Properties feel that there is a lack of smaller industrial premises within the Midlothian area, and plan to sub-divide the premises to create three workshop units measuring approximately 1,500 – 1,600 sq ft, which will be available to let.
