Closing Date Set for Bristo Church

Ryden, acting on behalf of the Edinburgh University Settlement, has confirmed that due to considerable interest being shown in the former Bristo Church on Bristo Place, a closing date for offers has been set for 12 Noon on Wednesday 27 June.
The B listed church building is available for sale or to lease. It was last used for religious purposes in 2000 and acquired by the Edinburgh University Settlement in 2003. It provides 7,000 sq ft of accommodation over three floors.
It has attracted interest for various uses including restaurant, club, offices, studios, theatre and other forms of leisure use.
