Rutland Square Move for Boreham Engineers

With Ryden acting, Boreham Consulting Engineers have acquired new office premises at Rutland Square in Edinburgh’s city centre.The firm has not ventured far in its relocation to 31a Rutland Square having previously occupied an office in the same street. The new 925 sq ft office has been taken on a 4 year lease at £16.32 per sq ft.Boreham Consulting Engineers specialise in transport planning, traffic engineering and infrastructure design consultancy services. They work with private sector organisations on major commercial, leisure, retail and residential development schemes. They wished to maintain a presence in this area to maximise on market opportunities. Regional Director for Scotland, Gordon Cooper, said: “I was impressed with the professional and positive approach taken by Ryden’s Office team in Edinburgh”.
