Bearford House Achieves 100% Occupancy

Acting on behalf of Joint Properties, Ryden has secured two lettings in quick succession at Bearford House, 39 Hanover Street, resulting in the building now being fully let.
Blue Arrow, one of the UK's largest recruitment businesses, has taken a 5-year lease on the 1,197 sq ft front suite, whilst Newsquest (Herald & Times) Ltd, which is part of the Newsquest Media Group, has taken a new 5-year lease on the 1,323 sq ft rear suite.
