Barracuda is Inn Dalkeith

For M&S Wholesale, Ryden has just let 90 High Street, Dalkeith to Barracuda Inns.
A 25-year lease has been signed and a fit out is underway to make the retail property - which extends to 1,392 sq m (14,984 sq ft) over ground and first floor - suitable for bar and restaurant use.
Barracuda Inns will pay £60,000 per annum for the property. CBRE (Edinburgh) represented the Barracuda Inns in this transaction.
