Baronial Properties Purchase Factory at Peel Park

Baronial Properties has purchased a 32,000 sq ft manufacturing factory at 3 Redwood Place, Peel Park, East Kilbride. This deal is hot off the success of their first commercial venture at Canniesburn Gate, Bearsden.
Baronial Properties has a tenant already lined up for the space, and plans to develop the remainder of the 5.7 acre site.

Aside from the purchase price they are delighted that the property will continue to be used for manufacturing purposes.
