Baltic Business Park Fully Let

Ryden today announced that Baltic Business Park in Paisley is now fully let only 14 months after its completion. The firm secured a final letting to hire company Brandon Hire, part of the Wolseley Group.
Acting for landlord, Utilities Scotland Ltd, Ryden secured a 10-year lease on the 2,951 sq ft unit at a rent of £6.50 per sq ft., a new benchmark at Baltic. Brandon Hire joins existing tenants including Howdens Joinery, HSS Hire, Wurth UK and The Paint Shed.
