BMW Motorcycles Arrive in Dalkeith

Central Scotland's only BMW Motorcycle Dealership, Motorrad Central, has opened a new dealership at 226 High Street, Dalkeith. The dealership, with its showroom, full workshop facility and clothing and parts retail section, complements Motorrad Central's existing operation in Bishopbriggs, giving the business full representation in the central belt of Scotland. The premises are approximately 955 sq m (10,300 sq.ft.) and were taken on 10 year lease at a rental of £36,500 per annum. Motorrad Central was represented by Alan Herriot of Ryden, who commented: 'This facilty is a former car showroom which, as it is situated in a major high street location, was ideal for Motorrad and presents a perfect platform to launch their east coast operation.’ The landlord, Roseisle Estates Limited, was represented by Andrew Veitch of Colliers CRE.
