Davis Langdon Takes Last Piece of Aurora

The 19,159 sq ft last floor of the highly successful Aurora office development in Bothwell Street, Glasgow has now been let to Davis Langdon LLP on a 15-year lease at £27.50 per sq ft.
Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle acted as joint letting agents fordeveloper Commercial Estates Group and Credit Suisse who recently purchased the 176,000 sq ft now fully let investment.
