Aberdeen Council to Sell Massive Portfolio

A massive investment portfolio comprising 59 sites that total 62 hectares is up for sale in Aberdeen. Ryden is selling the ground leased sites on behalf of Aberdeen City Council. The sites offer long term secure income with excellent rental growth opportunities. They are located within three industrial estates at Altens, and West and East Tullos.Most of the sites have been developed to provide industiral, office or showroom accommodation and tenants include Shell, Esso and Total.
