Ryden has let 40 Glentaner Road, Balmore Industrial Estate, Glasgow to Perfect Timber Limited on a new 15-year lease.
The agreed rent is £49,770 pa, equating to £3.50/sq ft. The 14,220 property comprises a detached industrial unit with a large secure yard area.
Perfect Timber Limited, represented by Freeman McLeod, intends to open a trade counter facility, specialising in building materials and supplies.
Charlie Lawrence, associate at Ryden, said: “This is an excellent letting. The ongoing regeneration of north Glasgow is leading to a substantial increase in construction activity, which in turn is having a knock-on effect on demand for industrial units from contractors and trade counter occupiers.”
