Two Deals at Tower Mains

Tower Mains Studios at Liberton, Edinburgh are now fully occupied after Ryden let the last two office units at the steading development.
Circle Design Consultants signed a 5-year lease with a 3-year break option on a 378 sq ft unit. The price agreed was £14.55 per sq ft. EVE Networks took a 938 sq ft suite on a 5-year lease also with 3-year break option. The computer network specialists will pay £14.50 per sq ft.
Ryden is retained to market the final phase of development at Tower Mains which will provide further office accommodation up to 7,000 sq ft.
