Ryden and J & E Shepherd today announced the letting of 21 Tennant Street in Leith on behalf of County Properties Group Limited.The new tenant, Summerhall, is one of the largest printing organisations in Edinburgh. Summerhall is currently based on St Clair Street and has taken on the extra space at Tennant Street due to continued expansion. The new property will become Summerhall’s principal head office as well as its main printing/production facility.The property was previously occupied by William Nimmo Printers before the company went into receivership earlier this year. It comprises a mix of office and industrial accommodation and totals 2,491 sq m (26,042 sq ft). The quoting rental for the property was £140,000 per annum and Summerhall has taken a 15 year lease. The property is situated in central Leith and close to the junction of Tennant Street and Bonnington Road.
